Peter Ranney, Owner + Project Development
Peter is involved in the planning stages, ensuring the design and estimating phases are moving along. You will see him at the office during your design meetings helping with construction or pricing questions.
Scott Blair, Owner + Head of Construction
Scott manages the production of your project. From ordering materials and putting together your build schedule. He is always working hard to ensure your project is successfully completed.
Justin Byrd, Project Developer
Justin acts as your project advisor and is typically the first person you will meet at Ranney Blair. His curious and empathetic nature allows him to listen well and give the best advice about your project.
