Overview

Ranney Blair is a design-build firm that offers full-service home renovations and additions for Greater North Atlanta. As a company, we focus on a premium experience and offer clients an all-in-one solution to design their projects with a local showroom and on-staff designers.

Ranney Blair Home Renovations is seeking a motivated, energetic, driven Project Manager. A Project Manager ensures that the Ranney Blair projects are completed on time and on budget, executing the Scope of Work and communicating directly with the clients.

The Project Manager manages the day-to-day of a project. From scheduling trade partners, ordering materials, maintaining the project schedule, completing daily logs, uploading project pictures, and sending weekly snapshots each Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that clients have a smooth build process
  • Create, maintain, update project schedules, and hit critical milestones for each project
  • Build each project to specifications and strictly follow the scope of work
  • Create Daily Logs each day for each project
  • Upload pictures daily for each project
  • Weekly snapshot completed each Friday for each project
  • Schedule trade partners for each project
  • Maintain clean job sites

Requirements

  • Effective time management skills, operational efficiency
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and achieve objectives
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and quality
  • Commitment to and passion for residential renovation
  • Must be able to follow a process and suggest improvements where necessary
  • A strong understanding and use of technology is a MUST
  • Ability to read and understand floor plans
  • Construction experience of 2 years is a MUST
  • Ability to use and input information into JobTread (or similar software)
  • Use independent judgment to analyze, troubleshoot, and find solutions
  • Ability to work well as a team
  • Travel to job sites and vendor sites.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and have a process improvement-oriented mindset
  • Seek personal and professional development
  • Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and valid auto insurance coverage
  • Must be able to lift 25lbs
