Fan Favorite Whole House

The Beal family purchased a 1970s ranch house in Roswell, GA, but the outdated interior and cramped layout were not suitable for their young family. They needed a trusted local company to handle a large project from start to finish, and that's where we came in.

The first step was to design and select materials for the whole house remodeling project. We started with demolition, removing the old and smelly carpet throughout the house and the small and cramped kitchen with cabinets that were falling apart. We also identified two load-bearing walls that needed to be removed to create a more open layout.

Next, we addressed the electrical, plumbing, and insulation needs. The entire electrical system was replaced, a new HVAC system was installed, and insulation was added to the walls and attic. The stairs to the basement were relocated to allow for the best layout, and the ceilings in the living room were vaulted as the last part of the framing work.

The interior finishes were then added, including drywall, interior trim, shaker cabinets, and quartz countertops. We installed new tile and flooring throughout the house and painted the interior and exterior to give it a fresh, modern look.

The Beals family is now able to use and be comfortable in their own house for raising their family. They have a safe and up-to-date home that meets all their needs. If they hadn't done this whole house remodeling project, their house would be unsafe and not practical for their young and growing family.
