Primary Room Sanctuary Whole House

Primary Room Sanctuary Whole House

The Marshs had been contemplating a whole house remodeling project for quite some time, but they were hesitant to take on such a significant project without a contractor they could trust. They had heard about our company's reputation for quality workmanship and attention to detail and decided to reach out to us.

During the initial consultation, we listened carefully to the Marshs' concerns and worked closely with them to develop a new floor plan that would meet their needs. We recommended a complete demolition of the old layout to start fresh and create a more efficient and functional space.

The project involved extensive demolition of four load-bearing walls, the removal of old pipes and electrical wiring, and installation of new framing to create a primary suite and a new hallway. We also installed new plumbing and electrical systems to meet current code requirements.

The primary suite was designed to include a spacious ensuite bathroom and ample closet space. The son's bedroom was updated with its own bathroom, and the laundry room was expanded to create a more convenient drop-off location and a dedicated space for the litter box, complete with a cat door. The project was finished with new flooring, cabinetry, countertops, and painting.

The Marshs were thrilled with the results. They now have their own space to get ready in the morning without having to share a bathroom with their son. The laundry room is more accessible, and the litter box is in a more convenient location. The new layout has significantly reduced their stress levels and improved their overall quality of life.

If they had not done the project, they would still be sharing a bathroom with their son every morning, and the laundry room would be in a less convenient location. The layout would continue to be frustrating for the Marshs and could potentially lead to ongoing conflict and stress within the family.

In conclusion, this whole house remodeling project was a significant undertaking, but it has transformed the Marshs' home into a more functional and comfortable space that meets their specific needs. The Marshs were delighted with the outcome, and we are proud to have been a part of their home renovation journey.
