Whole House For A Family

We completed a whole house remodeling project for our clients, the Smiths, off Woodstock Road in Roswell, GA. The Smiths bought the house in a highly desired neighborhood, but they were not satisfied with the current design and layout. Although the house was in great condition, it was built in the 1970s and had an outdated style. The layout also didn't work for their family because it was too closed off.

They wanted a home that matched their personality and allowed them to entertain guests. They were looking for a company that could handle whole house renovations from design through build, and that's why they called us.

Our team of experts began by analyzing the existing layout and material selections. We quickly moved into demoing the entire interior of the house, including the kitchen, five walls, and two bathrooms. We installed new lighting and electrical systems, rerouted plumbing lines for the new kitchen and bathroom layouts, and even updated the insulation in the attic.

From there, we moved on to the finishes. We installed drywall, cabinetry, painting, interior trim, tile, and countertops. The Smiths chose a modern, sleek design, which included white and gray finishes, wood accents, and plenty of natural light. The new kitchen now features a large island, ample storage space, and top-of-the-line appliances, making it perfect for entertaining.

The Smiths were thrilled with the finished project. They now have an open-concept house that is perfect for entertaining and raising their family. The new layout allows for better flow between rooms, and the updated finishes create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
